- What am I buying?
- A physical, made-to-order print of Trevor Wilson’s photography for personal display. Nothing is pre-printed or warehoused.
- What formats and sizes are available?
- Unframed giclée prints on fine-art paper in 4x6 and 5x7, and framed 5x7 prints with a black frame, white matte, and perspex glazing. Larger sizes may be added. The product pages are the source of truth for current sizes and prices.
- How is my print produced?
- Every print is made to order by Prodigi, a professional print lab, which produces and ships every order.
- When will it arrive?
- Your print goes to production shortly after purchase and ships in 5–7 days.
- Where do you ship?
- Giclée prints ship to 37 countries, shipping included in the price. Framed prints ship to fewer destinations (they exclude Canada and Mexico) because of shipping cost. Checkout only offers destinations we actually ship to.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Only before production starts — and orders are sent to the lab within minutes, so email orders@stillframes.art immediately.
- What if my print arrives damaged or defective?
- Email orders@stillframes.art with a photo and we will make it right with a reprint or refund.
- Do I get reproduction rights?
- No. Buying a print gives you the physical print for personal display; it does not transfer reproduction, licensing, or commercial rights. All photographs are © Stillframes / Trevor Wilson.
- Who charges my card?
- Payments are processed by Analog Elk, the studio that operates the shop, as merchant of record. Your card details are entered in Stripe’s payment element and go directly to Stripe — they never touch or get stored on our servers.
