This page explains what stillframes.art collects when you browse the photographs or buy a print, and exactly who that information is shared with.

What we collect

Our analytics records pages visited, the referring site, and standard browser and device information. At checkout we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and an optional phone number for delivery. Your card details are entered in Stripe’s payment element and go directly to Stripe — they never touch or get stored on our servers.

We keep an order record in our own content system: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you gave one, the items ordered, and the amounts.

How we use it

Analytics helps us understand how the site is visited. Order information is used to process, produce, ship, and support your order. After purchase we send a confirmation email from orders@stillframes.art, and Stripe may send a card receipt.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payment; payments are handled by Analog Elk, the studio that operates this shop, as merchant of record. To print and ship your order, we share the recipient name, shipping address, email address, and delivery phone number with Prodigi, the professional print lab that produces every print. That is the whole list.

Cookies and analytics

We run Matomo, an open-source analytics tool, self-hosted on Analog Elk’s own server. It uses first-party cookies and the data stays on that server. We do not use Google Analytics, third-party ad networks, or social media pixels, and we never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your choices

Email us to ask what order information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it once your order is complete.
