Who we are
Stillframes is Trevor Wilson’s photography portfolio and print shop. The shop is operated with Analog Elk, the studio that built and administers the site. Analog Elk acts as merchant of record: it processes payments and handles charges, refunds, and chargebacks.
Products
Every print is made to order — nothing is pre-printed or warehoused. Available formats are unframed giclée prints on fine-art paper and framed prints with a black frame, white matte, and perspex glazing. The product pages are the source of truth for current sizes and prices.
Ordering and payment
Card details are entered in Stripe’s payment element and go directly to Stripe; they never touch or get stored on our servers.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the price. Giclée prints ship to 37 countries; framed prints ship to fewer destinations (they exclude Canada and Mexico) because of shipping cost. Checkout only offers destinations we actually ship to. Your print goes to production shortly after purchase and ships in 5–7 days.
Changes and cancellations
Orders are sent to the print lab within minutes of purchase, so a change or cancellation is only possible before production starts. Email orders@stillframes.art immediately.
Returns
Because every print is made to order, all sales are final. If your print arrives damaged or defective, email orders@stillframes.art with a photo and we will make it right with a reprint or refund.
Copyright and personal use
All photographs are © Stillframes / Trevor Wilson. Buying a print gives you the physical print for personal display; it does not transfer reproduction, licensing, or commercial rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new orders.
